Booking Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation with your appointment time and any relevant details.
Arrival
Our team arrives in the agreed window, in uniform, fully equipped, and ready to work.
Initial Walkthrough
A quick check of the property with you (if home) to note any special considerations or areas of concern.
Exterior Clean First
We usually start outside, working top to bottom across the property to remove all external dirt and grime.
Interior Clean (if booked)
Careful, respectful entry to each room. We protect your floors and furniture while making the inside glass sparkle.
Add-ons Completed
Cobwebs removed, tracks & sills detailed, pool fencing and balustrades cleaned as requested.
Final Check
We perform a strict quality review of every window before packing up our equipment.
Confirmation & Payment
You're notified on completion. We ensure you're 100% satisfied before sending the invoice.
Do I Need to Be Home?
Not necessarily. As long as there's access to the exterior (gates unlocked, dogs secured) and we have a way to access the interior if booked, you don't need to be there. We'll communicate clearly throughout the process.
How Long Will It Take?
Every home is different, but here is a rough guide:
- 1-2 Bedroom: ~1.5 hours
- 3 Bedroom: ~2-3 hours
- 4+ Bedroom: ~3-4 hours
- Double storey homes add extra time
