Program Options
Twice Yearly Residential Standard
The gold standard for homes. We do a full Interior & Exterior clean in Spring, followed by an Exterior-only clean in Autumn to maintain clarity.
Quarterly Residential Premium
For properties right on the coast, homes with lots of pets/kids, or those who simply demand pristine glass year-round.
Monthly/Ongoing Commercial
For business, retail, and hospitality premises where a pristine presentation is critical for your brand.
Why Maintenance is Cheaper
Regular cleans take us less time because there is no heavy buildup of dirt, mineral deposits, or grime. Because it's easier for us, it's cheaper for you. Customers on our schedule also get priority booking during our busy Spring/Summer rush.
