I'm Justin Barnett. I started this business because I wanted to do window cleaning the way I think it should be done — properly, by the same person every time, with prices you know upfront and a result you don't have to worry about.
Most window cleaning companies send out crews — often whoever is available that day, sometimes subcontractors. The person who quoted the job is rarely the person doing it. I run my business as a deliberate alternative to that.
There are no subcontractors, no rotating teams. The person who quotes is the person who cleans, and the person who comes back if anything isn't right. That accountability is what I think a window cleaner should be selling.

My Standard
Every window I clean should look genuinely clean from any angle and in any light — not "clean enough," not "looks fine from across the room." Actually clean.
The difference between a window that's been wiped and one that's been properly cleaned shows up in side light, in early morning sun, in late afternoon shadows. Streaks, water marks, missed spots, residue — all of it shows under the right conditions. Most cheap cleans pass the head-on inspection but fail the side-light test.
I'd rather lose a job to someone cheaper than do a clean I'm not happy with. That position has cost me work and saved me reputation.
