No, I don’t charge a callout fee. You’ll only ever pay for the actual window cleaning service, with no hidden or additional costs just for showing up. You don’t always need to be home if we're cleaning exterior windows only, as long as I have access to the areas I need. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to be there to let me in and guide me around the space.How often should I have my windows cleaned?
It depends on your home and location. For most residential homes or office spaces, cleaning every 3 to 6 months keeps windows looking their best. For shopfronts or busy commercial areas, more regular cleaning, every 2 to 8 weeks, is often ideal to maintain a professional look. We offer a recurring schedule option for our busy customers so that they don't have to book in every time, making it convenient for you.Do you clean double-storey buildings?
Yes, we clean both single and double-storey residential properties, as well as commercial buildings up to two or three storeys. I use the right equipment to safely reach higher windows and make sure they’re spotless, even in tricky locations. While we can clean 99% of windows, there are certain occasions where we can not safely access a window. We will always mention this during the quote.What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
Light to moderate rain doesn’t affect the quality of window cleaning, but in heavy rain or unsafe weather, I’ll happily reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. I’ll always check in with you beforehand if the weather is looking bad.Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Absolutely. I know people have busy lives, so I offer flexible appointment times to fit your schedule. Whether you need a weekend, early morning, or after-hours clean, I’ll do my best to make it work.Do you clean the window tracks and frames?
Our standard window cleaning services focuses on the glass and the immediate edges of the frames. If you’d like a deeper clean of the window tracks or full frame detailing, let me know when you book, I can quote that as an additional service if required.What should I do to prepare for my window cleaning appointment?
Please make sure the areas around your windows are accessible, especially inside your home. Having the curtains open, moving furniture, plants, or decorations away from the windows is a big help.
